Reimagining Country Pages
I led the strategic overhaul of Chevron’s global country pages, transforming them from static information repositories into streamlined, user‑focused experiences. The United States page—once a 7000-word page —was reduced to 700 words led by intention. By distilling content, restructuring narrative flow, and aligning the experience with broader dot‑com architecture, I created a cohesive roadmap that better connected users to the most relevant information across the site and improved overall site usability.
